Thanks to our E-sisters and all of their hard work, there is a new bill just introduced, BUT we need YOUR HELP IN ORDER TO GET IT PASSED INTO A LAW! IT'S TIME TO RESTORE OUR CIVIL RIGHTS!

We are asking everyone to send a quick letter to their congressman or woman asking for support of this new bill. There are several medical devices on the market that are PROTECTED by preemption (also known as PMAs). (IF YOU HAVE FILSHIE CLIPS, BANDS or ESSURE THIS MEANS YOU). This protection prevents harmed patients from seeking compensation. We aim to change this and we need every voice!
